14-Day Return Policy

 

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to return it if you change your mind. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, and in the same packaging as when you received it.

 

Hygiene Considerations:

For items like electric trimmers, grooming tools, which are personal care products, returns for change of mind are only accepted if the item is unopened and unused due to hygiene reasons.

If the product is defective, it can still be returned even if it has been used.

 

30-Day Returns for Defective Items

If your product is faulty or damaged, you have 30 days to request a return or exchange. Once inspected, we will provide a replacement or process a refund if the item is confirmed defective.

 

How to Make a Return

To start a return, please email us at info@remisgrin.com with your order details and receipt or proof of purchase. We will provide instructions on how to return your item. Please do not return items to the manufacturer directly, as this may delay your refund or exchange.

 

Free Returns

We offer free returns for eligible products. You will receive a return shipping label once your return request is approved.

 

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment within a few working days.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please contact us at info@remisgrin.com and we will guide you through the process.
